YES! I work with children 8 years and older. Hypnosis can be effective for children in addressing certain issues such as anxiety, bedwetting, and phobias. However, it is important to note that the effectiveness of hypnosis for children may vary depending on the individual child and the specific issue being addressed.
If I am working with children then I ask that a parent or guardian be in the room.
The answer is yes and no. Theoretically, anyone can be hypnotised as long as there's no physical reason preventing it. Some people are more naturally responsive to hypnosis, while others may require more time or a different approach.
It's important to note that during hypnosis, you never give up control of your mind or body and you're never unconscious. Instead, your conscious mind is deeply relaxed while your subconscious mind comes to the forefront.
